Everything you need to know about plans, credits, and file handling
Credits are the currency used to run tasks with the AI agent. Each task consumes a variable number of credits depending on its complexity and duration. Most plans — including Free — also receive daily credits on top of their monthly allocation; the amount depends on your plan.
Yes — on paid plans, unused monthly credits roll over for 1 month on monthly plans, or until one month after the end of your annual plan. Daily credits do not roll over; they refresh each day. Free-tier credits reset each period and do not roll over.
Concurrent tasks is the number of AI agent tasks you can run at the same time. For example, if your plan allows 2 concurrent tasks, you can have two agents working on separate tasks simultaneously. Once a task completes, that slot opens up for a new one.
A file upload is counted each time you upload a file to a conversation for the agent to work with. This includes documents, spreadsheets, images, and any other files you attach. Uploading the same file to multiple conversations counts as separate uploads.
A file download is counted each time you download a file to your computer. This includes clicking download buttons on generated files, visualizations, and documents. Viewing files within the app does not count — only saving them to your device does.
No. Viewing or previewing files within the application does not count against your download limit. You can freely open, preview, and inspect files in the built-in file viewer without affecting your quota. Only explicit downloads to your device are counted.
Monthly credits, file uploads, and file downloads reset at the beginning of each billing period. On paid plans, any unused monthly credits roll over to the next month. Daily bonus credits refresh every day, do not accumulate, and depend on your plan.
You can view your current credit, file upload, and file download usage in the Credit Usage panel, accessible from the usage indicator in the sidebar. It shows your remaining quota and usage breakdown for the current billing period.
Yes. You can change your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remainder of your current period. You can manage your subscription from the billing portal.
If you reach your credit, upload, or download limit, a notification will appear letting you know. You can then upgrade your plan directly from the upgrade modal or by visiting the pricing page.
